D105 Water meter cunter

NCE 11 months ago in Equipment updated 11 months ago 1

I have three D105 and three Caleffi 7942 water meters with pulse output (dry contact). I can't get the pulses to match the meter reading. The water meter makes 1 pulse for 10 liters. I have tried different settings for the pulse filter (0,1,5 ms). None of these settings brings the right result. What do I have to do?

Thanks

There are no impulses at all, more or less?

See the Knowledge base:

You can leave the filter at 5-10ms for now.

But check the impulses visually, with the help of an LED.

1. Set the value of your water meter in the Current Data menu in the device WEB settings.
For example, the value must be in pulses, 5.841 m3 is [TCh1] = 584 imp.
2. Open the water and count 5 LED flashes.
3. Check that [TCh1] has increased by 5. (584 + 5 = 589 imp)
