I have a D105 G3, and I ask you where I can find how works  "Filter, Delay and Time parameters" in "CONDITIONS and EMAIL"

See the manual, section CONDITIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Filter - the condition must be true for at least the specified time in seconds;
Delay - after triggering, the condition is not checked for the specified time in seconds;
Time parameters - time range when the condition is checked;

On a note. Conditions are checked from top to bottom. The last condition met is triggered.
